Returns

Magazines cannot be returned. Magazines can be refunded or resent only if the package is delivered in bad condition and there is proof of picture. Merchandise can be returned for refund within 15 days of the order’s delivery date. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return. If the courier fails to deliver you the product, then the courier company undertakes the cost of return. If there was no technical problem and you would like to return your order for personal reasons, then you have to cover the shipping costs. 

If someone cannot receive the package in their declared shipping address, the package will be held in a nearby UPS delivery point. If the maximum days a package can be held there are reached, the package will then be returned back. The fee to resend the package has to be covered by you.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for the order transaction. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
